At **The Fifth Room** you can choose from a range of trusted payment options at checkout, including card, digital wallets, Shop Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. * **Standard checkout**: Continue to checkout and select **Card**, **Klarna**, **Clearpay**, **PayPal** (if shown) or another available method on the payment step.

You can complete checkout with **PayPal** and use the cards or balance saved to your PayPal account. You’ll be redirected to PayPal to confirm the payment. All transfers are SSL‑encrypted.

Prefer to secure your order with a deposit? We offer a **10% deposit** prior to purchase while you complete our **free online video survey**.

**How it works**

1. **Pay a 10% deposit** to reserve your order.
2. **Book your free video survey** so we can confirm measurements, access and any installation details.
3. **Approve the final details** and **pay the remaining balance** before scheduling delivery/installation.

If anything needs to change after the survey, we’ll confirm adjustments before taking the balance.

**When is the balance due if I pay a deposit?**
After your free video survey and once final details are agreed, the remaining balance is due prior to delivery/installation.
