The Links Retreat is a 5.5m x 4.4m golf room built from Kingspan QuadCore insulated panels, with an apex roof finished in Kingspan's insulated roof tile for the height a full swing needs. Designed for a home golf simulator, a practice studio or a private golf den, and warm, quiet and stable for launch monitors, screens and projectors all year round.
Please note: because of the roof height this is not a DIY build. Kingspan recommends a skilled installer, and so do we. Ask us about installation when you enquire.

Build
Kingspan recommends a skilled installer for every golf room because of the height and the weight of the roof panels. Most camera and radar launch monitors work in the room, with an impact screen and projector the usual set-up. Line the walls for a quieter, more finished space.
Planning and Building Regulations
Garden rooms are usually permitted development, but the conditions must be met, and with a ridge height over 2.5 m this building may need planning permission if it sits within 2 m of a boundary. Check with your local planning authority and Building Control before you order; you are responsible for meeting both.
Lead time and delivery
Made to order at Kingspan's factory in Holywell, North Wales. Lead time 4 to 6 weeks. Delivered on a lorry with assisted offload to an accessible point at your property; we agree the date with you first. See the Shipping tab for what to prepare on site.
Made by Kingspan
The panels, kit and 12 month manufacturer's warranty are Kingspan's. Kingspan states that QuadCore has a thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/mK, about 11% better than a standard PIR core, and that the panels can be taken down and reused if you move. The Fifth Room Limited supplies the kit. Call us on 0161 524 9932 to talk through sizes, bases, doors and installation.
