Nova Oscar 6 Seat High Dining Set with 1.8 x 0.9m Rectangular Table

Chris and Alex were easy to deal with. After a little hiccup with the delivery date everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Pergola delivered on a Monday and installation team arrived Tuesday. Enjoying our shady part of the garden by lunch time. Product is quality and service is five star. I have no hesitation in recommending Fifth Room.

Great company to deal with. Seamless transaction. Support throughout. Installers very professional and polite. Great job all round. Would recommend 👍👍

We chose The Fifth Room for our recent purchase of a Nova Titan Plus, initially because of how helpful they were when we enquired with them.
Their price was the best around (a LOT less than other major suppliers).
Their knowledge was vast and they were happy to talk through different options with us to ensure we ordered exactly what we wanted.
The team were amazing throughout the order process; providing information and updates regularly. How refreshing to have a company that actually wants to speak to you!
The goods were delivered on time and in great condition, as promised.
The after sales approach has been outstanding with them checking in to see how the installation went and ensuring we were happy and asking if we had any further questions.
We would 100% recommend The Fifth Room and will definitely be using them again when we need anything further.

Cheshire Bespoke Conservatories wasn't the cheapest option, but something about them convinced me to choose their conservatory roof conversion service. Mark Robertson, the company surveyor, was professional and reassuring during his initial visit. The team worked efficiently and professionally, staying late to finish before Good Friday so the plastering could be completed promptly. They cleaned up thoroughly after each stage, and the finished ceiling looked great. All rubbish was removed quickly, and the site was left spotless. The plasterer worked like a trojan and did a wonderful job. I'm very happy with the result and highly recommend Cheshire Bespoke Conservatories for roof upgrades.

I can state with absolute certainty that I would, and indeed do, strongly recommend Cheshire Bespoke Conservatories for anyone considering a conservatory roof upgrade. Their professionalism and quality of work have impressed me greatly, making them an excellent choice for this type of project.

Booked CBC to replace our polycarbonate roof with a fully insulated tile roof / plaster ceiling.
Fair price and the quality of the work was outstanding.
Very thorough job by a great team of friendly professionals.
Would highly recommend, we actually asked 4 companies to quote and CBC were the best from first consultation to completing the job.

Great experience from first contact to after completion. Explanation and examples of the recommended change from old polycarbonate roof to the new insulated conservatory roof was detailed and considered.

On arrival the team worked brilliantly together to remove the old roof, install the huge steel box gutter and build, board and make the roof watertight on the first day.

Tiled, insulated and plastered on day 2. Such a well oiled machine.

Amazing job inside and outside which has completely transformed our cold, condensation filled, leaky conservatory.

Highly recommended!

Thrilled with the work done on our conservatory this week, just three weeks after our initial enquiry. Design, deliveries, installation and cleaning up afterwards all went super smoothly, with excellent communication from Chris and the installation team. The team worked two long days in rain and shine to complete the transformation of our conservatory. We're looking forward to enjoying the space once the plaster's dry and painted!

My job is to look for (and improve) poor working systems and so I am naturally trained to look for the problems. It was a pleasure to commission CBC as everything went smoothly! The quote, the clarity of communication, the value for money (compared to 2 other quotes) and everything was done and tidied up really well within the timeframes promised. This is a quality team that is well managed. I would certainly recommend that you get a quote from CBC.

Can’t recommend CBC enough. I’d seen they do great work as they converted my brother’s conservatory last year.

March this year I engaged them to do the same for me. From day one, I was really pleased with the level of professionalism from the guys and nothing was too much trouble for them. I got clearly explained paperwork and quotes, which was a pleasant surprise considering some tradesmen actively avoid this kind of thing!

They turned up and did the job when they said they would, and despite me not believing they could do the job in 3 days, the team completed to an exceptionally high standard. It’s been 3 months and I’ve felt an immediate difference in being able to use the room every day. There have been no issues at all. The guys have called me regularly to check I’m still happy with the work and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Thanks again!

Great service from start to finish. Initial visit was was very informative and without pressure to commit, unlike some similar companies who provided us quotes. The survey, again was relaxed and informative with some great options offered to support our own ideas. On the day, the team arrived on time and work started promptly. Polite, courteous and enthusiastic they worked without breaks and completed the work to a high standard and well within the timeframe initially promised. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and would gladly have them back to carry out similar work. Very competitively priced, no upfront costs, quality materials, great work ethic and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Great company and superb experience from consultation through to completion.

We were wanting to replace the old standard glass roof on the conservatory for something that looked like it belonged there and provided the benefit of insulation, warmth and the same light.

Chris was excellent in making us feel confident in his product and from agreeing the proposal the whole project was seamless.
Mark and the team who installed were brilliant, professional and very efficient.

If your hesitant then I can only say we were the same initially but absolutely made up with the end product. Great company.
