Chris and Alex were easy to deal with. After a little hiccup with the delivery date everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Pergola delivered on a Monday and installation team arrived Tuesday. Enjoying our shady part of the garden by lunch time. Product is quality and service is five star. I have no hesitation in recommending Fifth Room.

Cheshire Bespoke Conservatories wasn't the cheapest option, but something about them convinced me to choose their conservatory roof conversion service. Mark Robertson, the company surveyor, was professional and reassuring during his initial visit. The team worked efficiently and professionally, staying late to finish before Good Friday so the plastering could be completed promptly. They cleaned up thoroughly after each stage, and the finished ceiling looked great. All rubbish was removed quickly, and the site was left spotless. The plasterer worked like a trojan and did a wonderful job. I'm very happy with the result and highly recommend Cheshire Bespoke Conservatories for roof upgrades.

Booked CBC to replace our polycarbonate roof with a fully insulated tile roof / plaster ceiling.

Great experience from first contact to after completion. Explanation and examples of the recommended change from old polycarbonate roof to the new insulated conservatory roof was detailed and considered.

On arrival the team worked brilliantly together to remove the old roof, install the huge steel box gutter and build, board and make the roof watertight on the first day.

Tiled, insulated and plastered on day 2. Such a well oiled machine.

Amazing job inside and outside which has completely transformed our cold, condensation filled, leaky conservatory.

Thrilled with the work done on our conservatory this week, just three weeks after our initial enquiry. Design, deliveries, installation and cleaning up afterwards all went super smoothly, with excellent communication from Chris and the installation team. The team worked two long days in rain and shine to complete the transformation of our conservatory. We're looking forward to enjoying the space once the plaster's dry and painted!

Can’t recommend CBC enough. I’d seen they do great work as they converted my brother’s conservatory last year.

March this year I engaged them to do the same for me. From day one, I was really pleased with the level of professionalism from the guys and nothing was too much trouble for them. I got clearly explained paperwork and quotes, which was a pleasant surprise considering some tradesmen actively avoid this kind of thing!

They turned up and did the job when they said they would, and despite me not believing they could do the job in 3 days, the team completed to an exceptionally high standard. It’s been 3 months and I’ve felt an immediate difference in being able to use the room every day. There have been no issues at all. Great service from start to finish. Initial visit was was very informative and without pressure to commit, unlike some similar companies who provided us quotes. The survey, again was relaxed and informative with some great options offered to support our own ideas. On the day, the team arrived on time and work started promptly. Polite, courteous and enthusiastic they worked without breaks and completed the work to a high standard and well within the timeframe initially promised.
